DKB-TAN2go 2.7.6

Our new banking is here: In the DKB app, you can easily and conveniently authorize transfers and other transactions. The TAN2go app is now only necessary for a few banking operations.

LET'S GET STARTED:

• Request a registration letter for TAN2go in the current banking system at www.ib.dkb.de/banking.
• Download the TAN2go app on your smartphone or tablet and create an 8-digit password.
• Link the TAN2go app with your banking system.

Note about app permissions:

• The "Phone" permission is mandatory for device binding. Without this permission, app usage is not possible.
• The "Camera" permission allows scanning the QR code to link the TAN2go connection. Alternatively, the data can be entered manually.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Your device should have Android 5 or a newer version installed.
• Your device should not be rooted: The TAN2go process is not available for rooted Android devices. The high security standards of mobile banking cannot be ensured on rooted smartphones. Rooting is often done by the device manufacturer. In most cases, updating the operating system will fix it.
• Your device should not have a screen reader installed: If your mobile device has a screen reader installed, requested TANs can be read and misused. Therefore, using a screen reader is not possible. To use the TAN2go app, uninstall the screen reader (usually found in Settings > Accessibility).
• Please do not use Android beta versions for full functionality of the TAN2go app.
